Brand challenge 2013

As a group, we were given the task of revamping the internal and external  structure of the well-known salon brand called XTLS Dreadlocks. Here is an example of the look and feel we created. As head designer for the group I thought up a simple yet ethic and professional design to compliment the company’s revamp. The XTLS billboard is an extension of the stationary set. It is simple yet still eye catching for the viewer to grab the relevant information when viewing the billboard. We also went on to brand the in-store goods such as towels and mugs. In addition to the billboard, we extended their brand identity to bus stops, where there would be an attached map to the local XTLS branches in Durban CBD.
